BIMINI TRIP PLANNING
Managing Luggage Before a Bimini Outing for Travelers from Miami
Travelers arriving from Miami may have luggage with them when they reach Bimini. Before choosing an outing time, find out where those bags will stay. Do not assume a tour boat provides storage for the suitcases used on your separate journey to the island.
List the bags you expect to carry
Tell the team how many bags your group has and describe bulky items. Ask what can be brought aboard and what must stay elsewhere. A photograph or approximate dimensions may help explain unusual luggage, but the operator must confirm what is acceptable. Do not treat an amenities photo as a storage guarantee.
Confirm arrangements with the right provider
Ask your accommodation or another appropriate provider about storage availability, access times and conditions. Keep that arrangement separate from the tour booking. Confirm whether you need a local transfer and allow for retrieving your bags afterward. This planning page does not establish a direct departure from Miami or an included transfer.
Update the plan when travel changes
If arrival timing or bag count changes, notify the affected providers before the outing. Keep essential items you are permitted to carry accessible and follow the operator's packing instructions. Ask about any unresolved storage questions before paying for or confirming arrangements rather than relying on a last-minute solution.
