Agreeing on a Group Budget Before a Bimini Tour Inquiry
Friends planning a Bimini visit from Miami may each have a different idea of what the outing budget includes. Discussing that early makes a quote easier to evaluate. Someone may be thinking only about the boat outing while another person is including travel, meals and lodging.
Separate shared and individual expenses
Write down which part of the trip the group is asking Bimini Boat Tours to quote. Keep transportation to Bimini and accommodation separate unless the operator expressly includes them. Do not divide a preliminary figure among guests until you understand the currency, the total and the items covered.
Choose who asks the price questions
Have one organizer collect the group's questions and request clarification on any uncertain charge. Share the written answer before anyone commits on behalf of the others. If the group size changes, ask whether the quotation changes too. This keeps a planning conversation from becoming an assumed agreement based on incomplete arithmetic.
