Bimini Planning Worksheet: Keep Travel, Lodging and Your Boat Outing Separate
Bimini Boat Tours ·
A single trip can involve several independent arrangements. Use this printable worksheet to connect the dates without assuming that one reservation includes another service, a transfer or a departure from Florida.
Use your browser’s Print option for a paper copy. This page does not submit or save worksheet entries.
Start with three separate arrangements
Write down how you plan to reach Bimini, where you plan to stay if lodging is needed, and the boat outing you want to discuss. A tour inquiry is not a reservation for transportation to Bimini. A hotel confirmation does not confirm a boat meeting point. Keep each provider’s own instructions beside the arrangement they actually cover.
This is a planning tool, not a published route or timetable. Bimini Boat Tours must confirm the availability, meeting location and scope of any outing directly. Do not use a city page, a tour photo or a suggested stop as proof of a particular departure.
Your trip worksheet
| Arrangement | Date and time, as confirmed | Location and contact | Still to confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| Travel to Bimini | ________________ | ________________ | ________________ |
| Lodging, if needed | ________________ | ________________ | ________________ |
| Boat outing | ________________ | ________________ | ________________ |
| Return travel | ________________ | ________________ | ________________ |
Check the gaps between rows
Compare the actual arrival information with the outing’s confirmed meeting instructions. Ask the relevant provider how you should plan the connection; do not choose an arbitrary transfer allowance and assume it is enough. Include luggage arrangements and any separate transportation you would need between locations.
For the return, distinguish the expected end of the outing from the departure time of onward travel. If the connection looks tight, discuss the timing before committing. No worksheet can guarantee that travel or weather will follow the original plan.
Use a simple confirmation key
- Requested: you have asked, but the provider has not agreed.
- Confirmed: you have a response that identifies the specific arrangement and conditions.
- Changed: something no longer matches the saved confirmation and needs an updated response.
A date marked confirmed in one row should not automatically mark the other rows confirmed. When a change affects the rest of the trip, contact each affected provider. Keep the previous and updated messages distinguishable so your group follows the latest plan.

For travelers planning from South Florida
Whether you are organizing from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach or during a Marathon stay, enter your own starting location in your notes. These locations describe where travelers may be planning from; this worksheet does not establish a boat departure in any of them. Use the local planning pages below for related questions, then obtain the actual meeting instructions directly.
Share a short final version with the group: confirmed date, meeting instructions, organizer contact and remaining questions. Leave payment details and private booking records out of public group posts.
