What Is Not Included in a Bimini Boat Tour Quote?
A useful tour quote explains exclusions as well as inclusions. Before comparing prices, ask the operator to separate the boat outing from travel to Bimini, local transfers and any optional arrangements. An attractive headline price does not answer those questions.
Make an inclusion and exclusion list
Write down duration, group size and the activities discussed. Ask the operator which requested items are included, optional, unavailable or still unconfirmed. Do not assume that equipment, refreshments or a particular stop comes with every booking. If the reply refers to a package, ask for its actual details rather than relying on a photograph from another trip.
Compare the complete proposed outing
Keep separate-provider costs in their own list and verify them with those providers. Ask whether changing your preferences affects the tour quote and which terms apply before payment. Share the written explanation with the group so expectations match. A request for information does not reserve a boat, and travel from Florida remains separate unless expressly confirmed by the responsible provider.
